ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The purpose of this call for expression of interest is to solicit interested parties providing information to be further pre-qualified and shortlisted for the purpose for being invited to participate in a bid for the design of uniforms for "SAUDIA" staff worldwide and assistance in selecting uniform supplies.
Deadline for the submission of the Expression of Interest is 23/01/2018.
The interested parties, after submission of the requested information, might be invited to provide a face presentation covering previous projects, references and capabilities, to be held in Jeddah.
Submission of the requested information entails no obligation on the part of SAUDIA concerning the invitation to bid. Only interested parties who have completed the pre-qualification process and have been approved will be eligible to participate in the bid for the design of uniforms for SAUDIA staff worldwide and assistance in selecting uniform suppliers.
Requested information shall be received by SAUDIA before 25/01/2018. Documents received after this deadline may not be considered for pre-qualification of bidders.
Interested parties may request for clarification in relation to this Call for Expression of Interest by contacting us by e-mail (uniform@saudia.com) or to request copy of the vendor Assessment Form.
Expression of Interest must be signed by the legal representative of the interested party.
